Description

Volleyball WA is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage a small team who support the business administration and operations function, including financial and administration, building and facilities, club communications, staffing, health and safety, IT and other head office functions.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;

  • Sound financial management and administrative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • The ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills (i.e. task management, attention to detail).

Experience in the not for profit sector is preferred as are tertiary qualifications in a related field.  Staff management skills would also be of advantage.
