OVERVIEW:

The role of the Sales Operations intern will focus on supporting the global sales operations team and CRM team in their daily administrative and operational procedures. Therefore we are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to support a busy sales operations team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. Our international environment, direct client communication and broad selection of technically-oriented products and services make this position very diverse and challenging.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Maintenance of our CRM (Salesforce) by helping to keep the Salesforce database clean and enrichening it
  • Being a good source of knowledge about the CRM system
  • User-Acceptance-Testing and QA of CRM processes
  • Preparing a reoccurring newsletter for the global sales team
  • Administrative support of our global sales operations team by keeping documentation of sales processes and responsibilities up
  • to date, as well as resolving CRM (Salesforce) related issues
  • Supporting daily tasks of the Sales Operations team
  • Giving training and improving knowledge management across our Sales organization
  • Assisting in strategic and operational global sales operations topics
  • Creation of administrative and sales relevant documents
  • Perform analysis related to sales data

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Student (or finished studies) with interest in business-related fields and sales
  • Passionate and motivated team player
  • Precise, independent and structured work operations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal), other language skills (i.e. German) are positive but not mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Communication and relationships management skills
  • Self-motivated and a professional discipline with excellent follow-through
  • Engagement and enthusiastic for sports in general
